Returns & exchanges

For hygiene reasons, lingerie and intimate wear can only be returned if it is faulty, damaged or not what you ordered. Please contact us within 7 days of delivery with your order number and a photo, and we will arrange a replacement or refund.

Your rights under the Consumer Protection Act are not affected.
